TOROS Coaching Terms & Conditions
Last updated August 17, 2026. These public terms summarize TOROS operating policies. Clients receive the applicable coaching agreement, intake, and participation waiver before training. Professional jurisdiction-specific review remains pending.
1. Coaching Relationship and Client Journey
Toros LLC (TOROS) provides fitness coaching, athletic development, education, accountability, and related services within the trainer’s professional scope. TOROS does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, psychotherapy, or individualized medical nutrition therapy.
New clients complete an inquiry, short screening, discovery call, complimentary assessment and recommendation, applicable intake, agreement, waiver, and payment before booking training. Established clients may book through the approved Google Calendar scheduling process.
2. Packages, Payment, and Scheduling
- TOROS offers prepaid packages rather than single-session purchases.
- Payment reserves scheduling priority; clients are encouraged to schedule when payment is made.
- Available appointments may be booked up to six months in advance.
- Packages are generally intended for use within one month, with reasonable flexibility for 12-session packages.
- Up to four unused sessions may roll into the next month. Additional rollover requires written TOROS approval.
- Sessions and packages may not be transferred to another person.
- Missed group sessions may be made up in an available compatible session, subject to capacity and approval.
Published rates include payment-processing costs. Applicable sales or service taxes are disclosed before payment. No hidden fees are added. Accepted methods may include Chase QuickAccept/card, Tap to Pay, business Zelle, business Venmo, business Cash App, and cash. Checks are not accepted.
If TOROS approves weekly invoicing, payment is due Sunday for the upcoming week. Declined or overdue payments pause new booking and scheduling priority until resolved.
3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Tardiness
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.
- A late cancellation does not count as a used session, but a $15 late-cancellation fee applies.
- TOROS may approve a no-fee reschedule for an accepted emergency, including a qualifying family emergency or injury.
- If TOROS cancels, there is no fee or penalty and the session returns to the package.
- If a client arrives late, the session still ends at the scheduled time. If the trainer arrives late, the client receives the full promised session duration or an agreed credit/reschedule.
4. Weather and Location
TOROS makes the final weather-safety decision for outdoor sessions and aims to confirm a cancellation or change at least six hours before the scheduled start. A TOROS weather cancellation carries no fee; the session returns to the package for rescheduling.
5. Conduct and Safety
TOROS and clients are expected to maintain respectful, professional behavior. Harassment, threats, discrimination, abuse, sexual misconduct, and retaliation are prohibited. Participants may not train while impaired and must use appropriate clothing and footwear. TOROS may modify or stop unsafe activity or end an unsafe coaching relationship.
For youth programs, a parent, guardian, or authorized adult must follow attendance, supervision, and pickup requirements. A 15-minute pickup expectation applies.
6. Communications and Records
TOROS may use client-approved contact methods for scheduling, reminders, accountability check-ins, payment follow-up, and safety notices. Marketing consent is separate and optional. TOROS may maintain protected paper and digital operational records. Sensitive medical information should not be sent through social-media direct messages.
7. Waivers, Results, and Termination
The coaching agreement, applicable intake, and participation waiver work together but are separate documents. No result is guaranteed. Either party may end the coaching relationship. TOROS may immediately stop services for unsafe conduct, harassment, abuse, substance impairment, repeated nonpayment, material nondisclosure, or conduct that compromises participants, staff, locations, or the coaching relationship.
